Corso per imparare a fare formaggio fresco in casa.

The  basic  cheese course is made for people who would  like to learn how to make cheese  from full cream milk. First boiling the milk and obtaining cheese,  secondary the process we will teach you how to obtain a fresh and delicious italian Ricotta. This course runs for three hours   and on completion of it you will be able to produce  a basic cheese and ricotta that you can bring with you.

Italian: Questo corso basilare è creato per persone entusiaste di voler fare formaggio a casa propria da latte intero, bollendolo alla temperatura giusta per farlo raffreddare, ottenendo in un primo tempo il formaggio tenero, poi in un secondo tempo si otterà la ricotta. La durata del corso è di tre ore, che vi permetteranno di imparare a produrre un formaggio fresco con la ricotta che porterete a casa.
